Located at 5400 South Seas Plantation Rd, Captiva, FL 33294, South Seas is a private, all condo style resort. We have secured special, discounted room rates for 1, 2, and 3 bedroom rentals, with rates beginning at $299 per night for a 1-bedroom bayside villa. Rates will vary by bedroom number and view.*
Due to the private nature of the resort, guests are required to book their room directly through South Seas Resort (guests will not be able to attend wedding events at the resort if they are staying at an Airbnb, VRBO, etc).
Please note: While we have secured these rates and they will not change, the link will close for booking October 7th , but we urge guests to plan their trip sooner rather than later for best airfare pricing and and room availability.
Our negotiated rates are valid from Friday, November 6th through Sunday, November 8th . If you’d like to add nights before or after, please book your Fri–Sun reservation through the website first, then reach out directly via email to: ccoppola@southseas.com to request additional dates. Please reference “McLaughlin‑Pumper Wedding Block” in the subject line and your confirmation number in the email.
*NOTE - Please note that local taxes are not included in this rate nor is the below outlined resort fee. In addition, South Seas has the following policies:
Deposit Policy: A deposit equal to one night’s room charge is required at the time of booking and will be applied to the last night of your stay. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of arrival—or failure to arrive on the scheduled date—will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
Resort Fee: South Seas adds a daily Resort Fee of $25.00 ($27.88 including tax) for each guest age 13 and older. This fee is not included in the room rate and covers: trolley service throughout the resort, parking throughout the resort, resort pool complex amenities (towels and lounge chairs), beach amenities at Sunset Beach (towels, chairs, umbrellas), guest room high‑speed internet, and fitness center access.
